B. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR SANCTION LAYOUT
1. The internal roads should be as per the development control rule (12-3).
2. 10% of the total land should be kept open (for above 0.4 H).
3. For the plot above 2 hectors 5% land should be reserved for commercial purpose. For the facilities like Balwadi, Post Office etc. provision of space should be made in the plan.
4. Space should be reserved for M.S.E.D.C.L's Sub-Centres (for above 2 hectors).
5. Incase of reserved areas, reservation No., use, and area affected by reservation should be shown in the layout.
6. Construction should take place as per the rule keeping in view the boundaries of railway authorities or N.O.C. from Railway Dept. will be required.
7. Construction should take place from the safe distances from H.T. line.
8. Measurement of cross roads should be as per rules & regulations.
C. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATE (RULE 17-5)
1. Certificate from licensed plumber.
2. Drainage connection certificate.
3. Work done certificate by licensed engineer/ surveyors/ architect.
4. Owner's certificate regarding removal of building material kept on road.
5. Compliance of surety letter.
6. Certificate of removal of rubbish construction material brick, sand and  stone.
